Clown fish spots

anyone have a clue on what these spots can be. She’s almost 16yo, only fish in tank just a cleaner shrimp. Tank has been up for 7 years. Didn’t notice these spots past few days so it had to be really recent. I do water changes once a week also. Thank you

They don't look like any parasite. Older fish can develop skin issues due to poor growth, this could be scale damage that just isn't getting repaired by the fish as it ages.
