Just picked up a Clown Goby. He's been perched in the same spot for like 6 hours, moving here and there. I know they perch a lot, but is it common for them to just chill in the same spot for multiple hours? He's not swimming sideways and he ate earlier, nobody is picking on him either. Thank you for any feedback. Sorry for the blurry and not so great pics as He's facing the other way.

Mine will perch for hours and hours, so I'd say yes. Keep an eye on him and make sure he's not skinny as that seems to be the most common thing I see with Clown Gobies.

They're fun critters. Sometimes they'll swim up and perch right on the front glass.
