I have had a yellow clown goby for about a month. He seems quite healthy but the problem I am having is that he likes to "perch" on corals My acans just don't care for this and now I have several that are closed up all the time. I am worried that they may start to recede if they don't get a break. I have not seen him nip. He has lots of sps higher in the tank but he seems to have moved into my acan garden..
So I am looking for ideas besides netting him out and taking him back to lfs. I was thinking of just rearranging things??

Thats what they do. They live in the colonies. Laying eggs on the under sides of acro's and other branching SPS. That can harm the coral. Some like other coral to hang out on. One of mine likes my plating monti's, the other 2 hang out in the branches of trumpets. Home is where the heart is I guess.
