One of my clowns are trying to host my candy cane and it’s getting to the point where it’s damaging the coral I already have an anemone and only one of my clownfish are hosting it and I have 2 clowns and the one using the Anemone is being aggressive

Unfortunately, the clownfish will do what clownfish do. You could try moving it to a different place in the tank, but the clownfish may follow it or may just substitute another coral to be its host.
It’s possible that in time the more aggressive clownfish may allow it to share the anemone.

I already moved the coral and it followed it and the aggressive clown that’s not letting anything get near the anemone is finally letting the other clown to host the anemone

That’s great!!!

You may want to ask that question in the clownfish and anemone forum. It may simply be that it is reacting to the touch thinking it is food.
