Clownfish Acting Strange

My clownfish has acting been very shy and reclusive for the past couple weeks. At first, he wouldn't eat at all but now he's eating fine, but still very shy. He used to come out and eat out of my hand and now he hides in a cave whenever I put my hands in the tank. I just finished 10 days of feeding medicated food and he eats great, just very shy. All water params are good. I have a biocube 29 reef and he's the only fish in the tank. Any ideas?
