Clownfish acting weird

My clownfish the past few hours had been getting sucked against the ribs in the overflow and he just lays there not moving but after a few seconds he swims away like nothing has happened. I did recently put a new hygger powerhead in but it is on the lowest setting on nutrition mode. I turned that powerhead off and he continues doing it. My tank is a 12g biocube.

Checking params now. Dod just notice that my salinity is 33-32 pp so thatts strange. I will get that up by using fresh salt as a top off for the next couple days. I did recently add a bta that does not look happy but its still searching the tank for an area. But im wondering if the salinity is effecting that too. All other coral look great. A lot of zoas a goni and two euphylia. All fully open

Ammonia 0ppm
Nittrite 0ppm.
Ph 7.9
Nitrate 10ppm. 20 percent water change weekly and its on day 5 since last water change
