I had clown fish in the past. I've been in the hobby for about 2 years and I was wondering if you guys could help me because none of my clownfish ever act like this. Keep swimming back and forth really fast

Not unusual behavior and often in a new tank they will chase their reflection. Assure water current isnt too strong as they will keep moving in such currents.
If this is a newer tank, keep an eye on water quality as its not recommended to add an anemone any sooner than 4 months of tank age
