Clownfish acts weird

This morning the female died, she was in such a good mood then the eyes looked weird, today she died without the eyes.
While the other one has no diseases, he's laying like that on the substrate

NO3: 25ppm
NO2: 0.2ppm (problems with it)
PH: 7.7
Kh: 10dkh
Po4: 0.5ppm
Salinity: 1.026

The missing eyes were most likely scavenged by a crab or something else in your tank.

The remaining fish is on the bottom also? Is it eating? is it breathing fast?

He is now not laying, but breathing really fast and not eating, he made a crater where he sits on, yesterday there was nothing, so maybe an ammonia spike from the dead fish?
 

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
