Clownfish aggression...but only towards shrimp?

Hey guys, I've had an occelaris clown for about 5 months now. It's about 2in and very healthy. The clown is pretty aggressive towards both my skunk cleaner and fire shrimp. A couple times a day, he will hover over where the shrimp is and just go on an attacking spree. Skunk cleaner is small and doesn't fight back...just runs away. The fire shrimp is much bigger, even bigger than the clown, and will fight back/ignore. Funny thing is, he usually only attacks the fire shrimp vs just making lunges at the cleaner. He's not aggressive towards other fish at all.

Tank is a 30g long AIO, plenty of live rock / places to mark "territory". the clown swims around the entire tank and doesn't seem to have a real "territory" to be honest. Other fish are 1 midas blenny and 1 firefish. couple of snails and hermits which he doesn't bother. right now, he's in an acclimation box for timeout. i've had to put him in this for a couple days before too
 
A 30 is not that big. The clown thinks the whole things hers!
