Clownfish bulging eye and black gill

I had made a post a few days ago because its mouth was swelled up and open. But I had thought that sorted itself out.

The left eye is literally popping out, and that area is also discolored black. No observed aggression from tank mates either.

No idea how my clown is injuring itself, but please how can I help it!!!

This likely stemmed from an injury and for now keep an eye on it. If it does not reduce swelling in 48 hours, treat in a separate tank using Maracyn, Not maracyn 2
