Clownfish colour help.

I’m currently trying to figure out which clownfish to buy. The choices are between a regular percula, snowflake and black ice clownfish.

The favourite is the black ice clownfish, but I’m not sure if it will change colour to black as it matures.

This is probably a rookie question but I’d rather ask before I buy. Is it like the darwin clownfish that goes black when it matures?

I have never had one change color. Other than to get brighter.
