I've had this tank for 2 years along with these clowns, nothing has been added recently but I've noticed these marks on the side of the female clown. both of the clowns are in a qt with prazi and are being fed metroplex/focus coated food. What should I do? is this merely an irritation and I'm overreacting? help!

Not sure what those would be. Are they raised? Are fish acting differently?
I would say since you are already treating them, continue through the recommendations and see what the outcome is.

They looked raised at first but when it turns it's clear that they are not and when I examined during a freshwater dip before quarentine it wasn't raised just a diff color

I'm currently 50/50 of if it is either a nip mark or anemone sting, or if it's an infection. Not sure

Could be, but those usually show up as black. Could have scraped itself though. My damsels have marks every noe and then from hurrying in and out of rocks.
