Clownfish Ick or something else?

He is fairly new and the tank was already cycled been going a month. He has a white spot on his eye and 4 on his right fin. Does anyone know what to do?

Any other fish in with it?
I don’t see ich, but that is tough to see in videos. The eye looks like physical damage. The spots on its left fin looks to be lymphocystis, a viral disease that will go away by itself in a month or two.
Ich will look like grains of salt white spots on the skin and fins - with the spots coming and going and changing in number from day to day, but gradually getting worse.

Thank you!!! No other fish but some crabs and a sand sifting starfish. That's a relief. Just started a new little tank and still learning
