Today I woke up earlier than usual and when I glanced at my tank I noticed that my clownfish was faded and also breathing rapidly, is that normal.

This was before the light was on, still dark out.

Clownfish being faded when there isn't light for a few hours is normal, as well as them breathing fast first thing in the morning. If your fish is still breathing heavy after a couple hours then you may have an issue. Just keep an eye on them.
