Clownfish odd behavior

Hi all,


I've definitely learned that clownfish are some odd fish after having them for three months. I recently added a Pinos Hawkfish (Amblycirrhitus pinos), and there has been some strange behavior going on. My female clownfish often liked swimming in a particular spot below my rock formation, and it seems my new Hawkfish likes that spot too. It appears as though my female clownfish is bothering the Hawkfish. Is this normal? Will they sort this out, or should I be concerned? YouTube video linked below.

I’m not seeing any problems. They seem to be coexisting under there just fine. The clownfish may decide to boot the hawkfish eventually, but in her defense, she was there first lol

Clownfish—always clowning.

Don’t worry, you will know when she cops an attitude. Mine has claimed both my toadstools (one on each side of the tank) and will get after anyone who invades her space.
