I have had a pair of clownish together for about 6 months now, the female has always been a bit aggressive but never anything that seemed rough, but today I noticed that the male has small tears in his fins. Is this something that I should be super concerned about, or should I separate them?

Oh ok thank you. As common as they are, they are still my pride and joy so I would hate for anything to happen to them.

Yup for sure. My male clown will clean the hosting spot(live rock, substrate, or even coral) by rubbing on them. Maybe he got damaged that way?
