Hi everyone!
i got my first pair of clownfish 2 weeks ago,
They seem to be doing fine and paired up. however i recently noticed that one of them started to show a white spot/wound around its mouth, and during the day they are in separate areas from each other but during the night they sleep together.

I did some reading and understood that it could be from fighting with each other, as they try to determine who will be the female "boss".

I also understood that they could be maiting and that the female acts aggressively to the male

Should i be concerned about the male?

Thanks in advance for your help

Probably them bonding, keep an eye on them
So they have bonded the first 1,5 week very well,
They have been swimming together constantly stayed in the same spot the whole time, untill a few days ago they started to spend their time dueing the day in separate spots and the smaller one seems to only be active during feeding time and has a spot around its mouth.

It actually takes longer than you think because the change to female isnt fast

The black one is about 1.57 inches,
And the orange one about 2 inches.

So when i bought them from my LFS the smaller one was already living in a pair.
While the bigger one was living in a group
