I have a pair of allard's clowns that i got last week off of diversden. As of now one has hosted to a frogspawn and one to a torch coral. Is this normal for a pair to do this?

This is fairly normal for a good majority of clownfish to do when not provided with a host anemone. Give it some time and I'm sure they will be hosting the same thing together as a pair. Congrats on the pair I saw them on DD they looked nice. I have a pair myself.

I just got some platinums a week ago and last night the female is hosting my torch and is trying to convince the male to come in the "home" haha it's funny to watch!

Yea a friend of mines has the same situation in his tank his problem is he put the rb's to close together so they each picked one he is hopein to relocate one of the rb's to the other side of the tank hopeing that will fix the problem

Thanks for the input guys! Im gonna wait it out for a little while longer cause one does seem to try to bring the other to the frogspawn. And they are some pretty sweet fish, ive been meaning to get a pair of clowns for awhile then i saw them on DD and knew it was time to pull the trigger haha.
