Clownfish Question:

Will a black/white ocellaris get along with/pair with a standard ocellaris if they are introduced to the tank at different times but are of similar size?

And what about a designer clown (Snowflake, for example) and a standard ocellaris?

I know fish are individuals and each case will differ, I'm just asking in general.

I would make sure the new clown is smaller than the first and use an acclimation box in case of any aggression. Also if you take the original clown out of the tank for awhile and then introduce them both at same time shouldn't have a problem.
I had my original clown in qt and added a second one using acclimation box in qt. First clown didn't like the second one until I put them both in the DT together and now they're paired. ;)

How big is the tank?
I've always been under the impression that you can either have 2 clownfish or 50. No number in between because they will fight to pair up.
I've heard random stories about people with hundreds of gallons tanks-with two separate pairs with their own nems on either side of aquarium.

Edit: I thought you were introducing one to a pair lol my bad :)

The tank is a 75 gal 48"x18"x21".

Not interested in breeding. Just want them to pair, if possible.

Different species/varieties within the same complex will readily pr, just make sure the new one is either male or juvenile.

Depending on the species, some can be quite accepting of other clowns. If added as juveniles, clowns are very social, and are colonial in nature. If there are not enough resources to form multiple prs, juveniles will stay put with a dominant pr.
