Clownfish sitting on sand bed a lot

Hi i just added these two clownfish to a new nano tank im making and this one seems to lay on the sand bed a lot. If i come up to the glass he’ll swim off really fast but when he calms down he lays on the sand bed again and almost looks dead. Does anyone know what’s happening?

Just flow from a hob filter right now

Some clownfish are lazy like that. One of mine has been like that for years. He just lays on the rocks, sand, mushrooms etc.
