Clownfish with dark spots

I have a pair of clownfish and the older/larger female has been getting these dark spot very slowly for about a month. Was wondering are they sting marks? I don't have a anemone and they don't host any corals. They have a rock ledge that they host and breed at. It does look mostly on her stomach and she swims upside down rubbing belly on rocks when laying eggs. Could that be irritating her? It doesn't bother her as I can tell with eating, swimming, breeding etc etc. Thanks for any info...

Two possibilities: hyper-melanin deposition due to injury (bristle worms perhaps?) or Turbellarian worm infestation. The spots don't look like worms, and those are rare in clowns and even rarer in fish that you've had for more than a month or two. So - my vote is melanin deposition...even if it is idiopathic with no real cause.
