It looks like he might have a wound on the side that is probably causing him to keep his mouth open. Is it breathing fast? Do you have a quarantine tank for medication in case this is an infection? I’ll tag @Jay Hemdal to advise on treatment
I didn't noticing him breathing faster then normal. If the clown is eating well, and not breathing rapidly, I agree with @TriggerFinger this is likely from an injury. Trouble with infections near the mouth- they can cause a fish to not want to feed.
