Just a short story. Was cleaning the filter floss in my Evo when out pops a small white worm swimming around frantically. My usual reaction to seeing a reef worm is (1) horror, (2) GET IT! I've seen this swimming pattern before, too. It was a very small Dorvillidae. They are OK in my book, so I stopped chase after realizing what it was. Then the clown swam over to inspect. My bigger clown inspects everything in the tank but could care less if it's not an NLS pellet. He/She lost interest, but the worm turned and swam right into its mouth and was welcomed to its stomach without fanfare. Just kept on doing the wobbly clown swim, looking at me like 'where's my NLS pellet?' Wish I had video of this. Gave me a chuckle.
