Hello,

Got a new Anemone today and place it directly on the spot where my Clowns have been sleeping for ~2 years. Hoping they will decided to relax and enjoy in the Anemone. Should I be worried about this behavior?

I wouldn’t be there just getting used to it’s sting and location and all that. Is this there first?

I Wouldn’t worry, Agree with above they are just getting used to the nem/sting you are lucky and will have no trouble getting your clowns to be hosted by the nem :)

This is getting really stressful to watch! I sure hope it works out, the anemone looks and fits perfect in that spot!!! The bigger clown is nipping at it a bit...

That’s normal my clown will occasionally nip at the tenticles, as long as there is not visible damage I wouldn’t worry too much.

See how it goes if your very lucky the nem will stay put but in my experience they never stay where you put them sometimes close but they will very much choose their own spot regardless of how it fits with your plans/scape. Usually within the first day too 3 days they will find there spot.
