These two have been together peacefully for over 2mos now with no probs. But they've been at this all day. I can't tell if they're fighting or playing. Can you?

Mine had some different kind of fights
Till one day, one got really violent and hit hard the other

They might be two males or two females ( mine s I mean )

Yours they may be fighting for domination and become a couple

As I thought so about mine

It's just odd that they've gotten along fine for the last couple months

Are they a couple already?
Because as you know, that's the way they become a couple
Both males at first, then fights come ( not as mine I should say ) and the smaller keeps Male and the bigger and dominant becomes female

I don't know if they've become a couple yet or not. Up to now they have always stuck close to each other and they sleep together in the RBTA. I broke up the fight and they seem fine now

I'm new too but from everything I've been reading that's how it goes. With mine there is a distinct size difference so when the big one nips the little one plays submissive and there's no fight. They look about the same size so it's not surprising they're fighting to establish dominance.

But I've only had mine since the beginning of February so still a newb!

Yes I had mine babies at firsts too
And they had that kind of ( fight, dance, date :) )
And the not dominant put him self sideways like "ok ok I give up " and the other just went away then he came back again :)
And they shake a lot during those "dance" acts
