Hey everyone!
So, I noticed today my female orange skunk clown was a little plump. Knowing better than to assume and offend, I thought it might be a bladder issue. But then, this afternoon, I noticed the pair doing an unusual little dance in the corner. Happy to say, she is not ill, just spawning!

So, I'm a bit unprepared for this. From what I read initially, I have about 12 days to get ready. Is there anyone out there with experience who can provide some pointers to set up for the best possible outcome?

They've spawned on a wall, so I can't remove them. I do have some other fish in the community that will probably try to eat them, but I'm willing to stand guard best I can. I think I'm going to go get an anemone or two, just in case it helps give them more protection, but am open to any and all suggestions! Thanks!

you might not be able to raise the first batch at this point. There are a few threads online documenting raising clownfish, skunks might go through meta at a different timline than percs/occy. I would recommend picking up Joyce Wilkerson's clownfish book if you want to read up on it, while some of it is now out of date a lot of the basic steps still apply.

My old pair had a nem and spawned on the side wall under the nem many times. Never tried to raise them. You need a tank and live food to raise them.
You can put a tile over where they spawn next time. Then remove it to the other system with they eggs on it.
Read up on it. I have never tried but it would be fun.
Old pair that spawned on the wall under that nem.
