Coastal Flooding!!

We used to have maybe Two or Three Coastal Flood Warnings a Year, usually after a Snow melt, or heavy rain with a high tide. Now we can get two to three in a week, sometimes with clear skies and no rain for days. Luckily we are on the highest ground on our road, flood risk is 1/10 for us. But, we sometimes become an Island, with roads flooded.
