Cobalt C ray 200 vs AI hydra 64HD

Hey, looking for advice. I am trading my radion xr15gen 4 for a larger light to better cover my 30" x 24" tank. I currently have two offers. One guy has a Cobalt C ray 200 that is basically new and the other a used AI hydra 64hd. Both would come with the mounting bracket.

Neither, went with brand new maxspect razor x r5 150w. Love it so far!
