I want to run an Avast Plank auto feeder for 4 x 30 second feed cycles between 1200 and 2000.

Then I should get a 30 sec feeding period at 1200, 1400, 1600, 2000 ?

Your 30 seconds every 2 hours is correct, but your If Time actually allows it to run 5 times:

12:00
14:00
16:00
18:00
20:00
