Code program for dual maxspect gyres for Apex from BRS

Ryan from BRS shared his Apex program codes for alternating dual maxspect gyres in a recent video review but I cannot find that info online anymore. Does anyone have that link or the code program? Thanks in advance!

I'm not an APEX code expert, but I'm curious for anyone who did this - did you insert this code in a profile or in the variable switch area of APEX?
