Do Symphyllia wilsoni need 76 degree water?
Do they die at 78 degrees?

What are your water parameters for wilsoni?

Temp 77-79
Salinity 1.025
Ph 8.1-8.3
Nitrate < .04
Ammonia < .03
Phosphate < .04
Mag 1300
Alk 8-9
CA. 440

Moderate light and water flow
I elevate them off the sand so that sand doesn’t get all over them which irritates them

Thanks for your input my wife wanted one and I’ve never cared for one before. Thanks again.

I just picked up a Wilsoni from Aqua SD. Put in him in a shadow area based on the reco from Aqua SD staff. I keep my water pretty cool anyway - averages 75.5 to 76.5 degrees. Hope to slowly move him out into the low light on the sand bed. Any recomendations on lighting for Wilsoni's?
