Hi guys!

I am new to this site and also to the saltwater world. I stumbled on this site after doing a search for the superman zoas on google. Anyway, after finding such pretty zoas here and on a bunch of other livestock sites, I visited my local fish stores and found a bunch of green and brown ones. Not very exciting.

Are any of you in Colorado or know of there is a great fish store for zoas in Denver, or Colorado Springs (where I am located)? I am willing to travel further if required, as I do frequent weekend trips all over Colorado.

Thanks!
Keri

Look at the sponsers on here. They have great stuff and prices.I have ordered alot of stuff from here and they are great to deal with.
Plus alot of members here will trade and sell to you.Best place to get zoas is right here.

Awesome, thanks! Do you guys worry about leaving the Zoas outside until you get home from work? It has been pretty cold here and I wouldn't be able to get them from my porch until about 5 p.m. Should I wait until the weather gets warmer? (April/May)

Hey keri2000, glad to see another local on the site! If your looking for good zoas in the Denver area I would have to say Keys Island is the best. $15 for frags and he always has a good selection. With the other LFS around town its hit or miss with it usually being a miss. I did just get in contact with the guy that supplies Keys with frags so hopefully that will turn into something:D

If you do come down check these stores: Keys Island (englewood)
Premier Fish & Reef (lakewood)
Reef & Pond (englewood)
Exotic Aquatics (boulder)

Try to stay out of Highlands Ranch, they have nothing but over priced brown zoos and are usually rude.

The best place to get zoos is right here! Ive bought and traded with many people on this site and love it! Everyone here is awesome to deal with and always hook it up!

Online is cool cause they have lots of new and different stuff, but its kinda pricey depending on what site your looking at. And with weather like we've been having lately, I would wait untill the snow stops and everything is normal. The cold is one thing, but the delays are what kills it.

Shoot me a PM next time you decide to come to the Denver area and Ill hook you up with some goodies to get you started:D

keri200,

I'd have them delivered to work if that is an option, or leave a cooler and directions to leave in the cooler. They might be fine outside, but these may be two better options.

You guys totally rock. I have spent the good part of my day browsing this website, getting more and more excited about the diverse zoas that I can get for my tank. I will sure let you know when I decide to brave the weather up to Denver. I was just in Breckinridge yesterday but hurried home when the weather up there started to get bad. I am going to take a quick trip to my lfs tonight and see if they finally got any shipments in, since the two big storms in Denver delayed all of their deliveries.... :-(

Great ideas, I like the cooler. I work at a gov't site so I can't get deiveries there....
