I would like to write a review on my recent experience with BRS customer service. Last week I contacted BRS customer service (via on line chat) and told them about my issue I was having with my RO/DI unit and to my pleasure Chad (whom was absolutely amazingly awesome!!! Big shout out to you!!) he handled my problem within a few minutes and sent me the replacement part out that day!!! Though it was a small issue he took the time to help me out and in a really fast, timely manner! I just wanted to give the whole BRS team and mostly Chad for just being great!! It’s these reasons why I always end up doing business with you guys over and over!! Thank you all again!
