I would like to write a review on my recent experience with BRS customer service. Last week I contacted BRS customer service (via on line chat) and told them about my issue I was having with my RO/DI unit and to my pleasure Chad (whom was absolutely amazingly awesome!!! Big shout out to you!!) he handled my problem within a few minutes and sent me the replacement part out that day!!! Though it was a small issue he took the time to help me out and in a really fast, timely manner! I just wanted to give the whole BRS team and mostly Chad for just being great!! It’s these reasons why I always end up doing business with you guys over and over!! Thank you all again!

I have to agree with you! I ordered 2 buckets of Red Sea Blue Bucket ($160) and they accidentally sent 2 Red Sea Coral Pro. Sent an email and boom 2 buckets of the correct salt show up at my door (they didnt even make me send the wrong ones back) This is why I try to only buy from BRS.

I've only ordered a few times from BRS. I must say though, everything has always been exactly what I ordered. I believe they offer great service, a vast selection of products, and their prices are always fair. I guess the thing that makes me like them so much is their abundance of great information, the way they review the products they carry, and all the trouble they go through to help new reefers be successful.

I've only ordered a few thousand dollars of items from BRS over the last 7 years but I'll say all items have been shipped correctly.
I had only 1 shipment with damage and they corrected it immediately without further cost to me.

Dang! I have been extremely unfortunate in that BRS always gets my order correct. I keep trying, but they keep sending me exactly what I ordered. How do I get them to screw up my order?

Hahaha!! I honestly don’t think they have ever messed up anything that’s I’ve ordered! But have definitely fixed things that they didn’t have to I.e delivery company drop kicking packages or what have you lol.

Click bait haha! But really it’s because so many people post negative things lately I just felt some positivity needed to be added to the mix (unfortunately most reviews/feedback is over something negative and all the positive feedback never gets left)

Haha working as intended!!! Thank you guys for all you do! I can only imagine how crazy it gets around the whole holiday season and the months after!
