Live Aquaria what’s going on? I placed an order for fish on the 11th. On the 17th I got an email saying orders were delayed so to weather. Today is the 25th and I haven’t heard a single peep from you guys since the 17th on what’s going on with orders. Pretty sure that the weather in the south has cleared up since the end of last week.

@vncvr1982 Good afternoon. The past couple of weeks have been quite challenging and we understand your frustration. The extreme temperatures and a variety of other obstacles have crippled some of our carrier hubs. We have had collaborative leadership discussions at the start of each day to evaluate and action. We understand some of the decisions have caused customer inconvenience and we truly apologize for this. Many of our orders that we shipped were delayed in transit and we could not continue to risk the health of the animals--We are confident that by next week, we will resume our normal shipping schedule and will do our absolute best to fulfill all of the orders that have been held. We encourage you to watch for your shipping confirmation email. If there is particular day you are unable to accept delivery, please reach out to us and we will try to accommodate your request. Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate your patience.
