I have a 75 gallon tank. And was curious about compatibility. I’m looking to get some more active swimmers in my tank. My current stock list:
2 ocellaris clowns
3 black axil chromis
1 black/neon dottyback Hybrid
1 yellow “coris” wrasse (Halichoeres chrysus)
1 orange spot shrimp goby
1 fire shimp
1 skunk shrimp
LPS and Leather coral
Looking to add a white tail tang in future
And looking to be able to have SPS coral in future.
Any way my “question” is I’m looking for some compatible active swimmers that have brighter colors to add some more movement in my tank.

I have considered fire cardinalfish
Fire hawkfish
Would love a purple fish.
Would really like fish that have a long lifespan like clowns/tangs do.
Thank for your help

Hmm. Look to the fairy wrasses. I like the orange head solon wrasse. Mine is very active. I wont vouch for lifespan.. and keeping corals might be a limiter to what you could keep. (thinking dwarf angels) If you are staying at 75 gallons. I would upgrade size first before adding tangs. 100 to 120 is my suggestion there. I have a Yellow-eye Kole tang that at 3 inches seems almost too big for my 75 already.

I love Fairy wrasses and the color palette goes a long way.. Many choices too. And somehting I find exciting is getting them young and watching them transition thier colors as they age.. Been watching a Katherines Fairy wrasse the last 2 months has been very enjoying.
