It all depends on what you're shooting for. I won't get them because if I did, it would only be with anemones to be authentic and I don't want to deal with that in my own system with all the current and everything. That's my take on it. They're cool fish and have their place. I'd be interested in doing an exclusive clown/anemone tank in the future in a tank very similar to what I have now.Getting off the wrasse topic, I personally feel a reef tank is not complete without a clown pair. I know a lot disagree, let the hate begin!
I thought their natural hosts were random flow generators...it would only be with anemones to be authentic
Maybe one day I will import an exotic bubble tip random flow generator.I thought their natural hosts were random flow generators...
Fair, I also don’t have an anemone. Mine are hosted by my duncan and the duncan doesn’t mind.It all depends on what you're shooting for. But In this one, I want to do something different from what I've done before.
Wrasses, a blenny, a flame hawk...then some type of schoolers.
I had a half basketball of branching frogspawn with clowns in my 90 gallon.Fair, I also don’t have an anemone. Mine are hosted by my duncan and the duncan doesn’t mind.
