Just got this cool (maybe rare) complexum gruveli from Jason at pristinemarineaquariums.com , what do y'all think?

I bought the same coral from him during Aquashella Dallas. Does yours only open up at night? Mine stays shrunken during the day and opens up and extends polyps at night. I thought it might have been getting irritated by a devil hands leather that was close to it so I gave it more space but it still stays closed up during the day.

I didn’t think much of it but it did stay open with polyps extended while in a dark insulated bag the whole 4 days while I transported it back to Seattle. I’m beginning to think it’s non-photosynthetic. He didn’t mention if it was, but did say they were found 50ft deep. It still has a nice color even when closed.
