Concerned about my Duncan

My Duncan has been doing well for the 6 weeks I've had it, but I got home today from a 4-day trip and noticed this white patch on the stalk of my Duncan. Would anybody have a suggestion as to what this could be? I consider myself still a newbie, so any advice would be welcomed instead of me trying to figure it out myself and possibly losing the coral. All of my parameters are within the recommended ranges and I run a Kessil A160 Tuna Blue at about 60% intensity. Over the last 3-4 weeks, I have target fed it frozen mysis shrimp twice and reef roids once. The whole tanks is softies and LPS and everything else in the tank looks great. I have 2 clowns, 3 turbo snails, and 3 hermit crabs in this 30 gallon tank.

Not sure about that white patch but you’ve got a few babies sprouting, so I’d say looks good!

parameters aside nothing about the coral looks unhappy or concerning to me, in fact it’s very extended and there’s new baby polyps visible… it looks happy to me

keep an eye on that area to monitor for any changes one way or another just in case but my hunch is that a member of your cuc simply ate the algae that was there. It looks like the coral’s actual flesh is still intact so at least for now, there’s no need stress too much over it

That white colored spot on the green stalk is what had me puzzled. It definitely wasn't there on Saturday when I left town.

None of my Duncans have perfect uniform coloration with their "stalk" or stony body and they are all fine. But Duncans can be a funny coral. They can close up for days or even weeks and then poof they open up again for weeks and months as if nothing ever happened.

Phosphate?? Your other parameters look great. My Duncan’s have very long tentacles. I’d think yours should be longer. Were they earlier on?
