Condy will be high and dry

My Condy decided to go to the top of the tank this past week. No changes to the tank, it just started moving a few days ago and settled at the top next to the return. I have a wc coming up and it will be exposed to the air for 15- 20 minutes.
It's a pain, but I can change through the sump, it's a lot easier to do it from the tank. Will it be okay for that time out of the water?

Just pour some water over it a couple time during the wc.
