Condylatus Anemone was stuck in wave maker

Hi, we woke up this morning to our anemone stuck in wave maker. Shut off the wave maker and the anemone dropped to sand and has reattached to a rock. Anemone does not look healthy at all. We are not sure what we should do? Not sure if it will survive. Any suggestions?

Did your guy make it? Mine has done the same thing I wish I knew it could swim up in it. I have covered it now but he has no tenticles left and seems ok.
Opens and closes but still hasnt attached.
Only had him a week

Mine did this too once I turned my waze maker up examineat its feet and mouth/butt it might be better just to throw him out when he was chopped up he let alot of bad chemical out! my tank is still trying to recover after 3 weeks but then again my tank is only a month old honestly in my opinion it's easier to get a new one then to let it cash your tank also do a 20-30% water change if he reattached to the live rock he might be ok but proceeds with caution and remember to do the water change
