Well, I was overseas for a few weeks.

Teachers' work is surely unique. I teach at UNCC, and yesterday was a day everyone hopes will never happen. Active shooter on campus. I had just gotten home when I got the notification to run, hide, or fight. My heart felt like it hit the ground. Actively following updates.
