Contacting Reefbrite Support

Ok what’s the deal with Reefbrite? Their site web form errors out when trying to contact them. They apparently don’t have any emails that work and they don’t respond in insta or FB!

Had the same issue, had received some units that were broken out of the box, tried to contact for RMA and everything was a dead end. Ended up just contacting the website I got them from and they offered Refund/replacement for me. I’d recommend just trying that route if possible.
