Control Center Troubles

Am I just an idiot? I bought a new to me Mitras 6300 light I'm trying to program. I downloaded the latest version of control center I could find. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it 10 times trying to get it to work. I've tried updating the driver in the program files. I keep getting this screen as soon as I open the program. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling.

It sits on this message forever and says "not responding" at the top.

Why can't things be easy? I'm computer illiterate and just want programmed lights.

Which Windows version do you use? - there is reported problems with USB driver, Windows and some AMD processors

Thank you Lasse. Windows 10 with an i7 processor. Looks like I have some reading to do.

Win 10 and i/ should not be any problem. Nor need to install separate drivers either as I know it. You may send in a ticket to GHL

I will look into doing that, thank you. It's possible I'm just not doing something right.
