Controller advancement

So I went ahead and got an Apex EL becasue I am into things like this. Having in the past being a part of DigitalAquatics I have alot of familiarity with both systems and such, do not endorse anything..but I have to say I was shocked and thought it pretty awesome that my Apex and Alexa are connected. I jsut tell Alexa to start my feed cycle and she does it. Pretty awesome!

In 2012 a net conneted controller save d a very large tak with very valuable critters in it while I was overseas...so I do think they have a place

I've never been much into the whole apex thing, but to be able to use Alexa to do stuff would be cool!

I have mine connected to Alexa also. It is pretty cool. Can turn on and off individual items, feed cycles and what not. Check status of the tank with it and gives me a read out of my current stats.

I called out my test parameters to Alexa and it worked like a champ! now that is seriously hands free control.
