Controller knob?

So I finally got around to setting up the big tank; unboxed this thing... and some where in the process, I either cranked it too hard or it came busted already. Either way, how could I go about getting a few extra knobs in Canada (just in case it was me who broke it, as then I'm likely to repeat)?

You may want to try to reach out to the Tunze distributor in Canada for assistance. Good luck!

I would contact Xenia, they should be able to get you one under warranty. They come in a 3 pack, part 7090.102 and are $5.14 US, you could order them on tunze.com, but I generally don't see a need to have spares, this would likely just be shipping damage.

Just a quick update.

Never heard back from anyone at Xenia. Little disappointing, to say the least. Anyway, will be placing an order directly from Tunze after my visit to the LFS today. The other two knobs might come in handy for the other equipment should I have another issue in the future.

I would try calling, we had another customer contact us and Phil has some problem with emails right now, once I called it was solved.
