I had a ReefKeeper elite, sold it and bought an Apex. Love it!

I have a ReefKeeper and I am happy with it. I know just about as many people with each system, and they all have their opinions, but bottom line, it's pretty much a "Mac vs PC" question.

Apex seems to have more functionality and development behind it. When was the last new RK feature add-on? Personally I use ReefAngel which I would highly recommend if you hadn't considered it before.

I have a RKE and like it ok but if I had to do it again I would go Apex.

I've been reading a lot about controllers and apex sounds to me like it's the way to go.

I've been happy with Apex and their customer support is very good.

I think I'm just going to go with the apex they sound like good controllers and it will be worth it to get the high end one.
