I currently have a living colors 200 wet/dry for my 75g. Yes I am running bio balls, but before all the yelling I just want opinions on how to convert to a better set up. I know... Step 1 throw bio balls away. Lol.

Nothing wrong with bio balls although I used crushed oyster shells in my old wet dry. had the side effect of helping with calcium but depressing alk. Eventually I went with the diy 2 part.

I also am a very strong advocate of using macro algaes. I would look at my system and see how I could setup a refugium for macros.
