I am sure this has been asked numerous times but is their anything to be aware of or do i simply swap out the synthetic salt and continue water changes as normal.

I have recently found a store that sells NSW extremely cheaply and am not only looking to change over to NSW but also increase the frequency of water changes given how affordable it would be.

I am currently using RO water mixed with continuum salt.

I only have a few corals and most of them are lps or softies ( eg duncans, hammers, frogspawn, zoas )

Thx

You didn't mention if this is for a FO/FOWLR or a reef tank. If a reef tank, I'd simply monitor alk and calc and adjust/dose accordingly. Otherwise it's no different than switching to another salt.

Looking back to your reefing roots: Did you start with Instant Ocean salt?
