fish is quite thin and is hit and miss in the industry. Similar to blonde naso tangs, these come from Africa or sri Lanka and suspected to be cyanide caught. They arrive active and either eat a little or not at all and slowly wither away. They adjust best to a tank when alone for a short period and you can get them to eat and be under low stress.
has it eaten for you at all?

All the time

All the time
That is excellent. Consider a divider for a few days if chasing/attitude continues with bristletooth as Convict shows light scrapes
What foods are you offering?

My sis seaweed and bigger sized, my sis/shrimp

I don’t have a divider. Should I put him in a little box that will stay in the tank It’s kind of like almost a trap. That obviously has holes and what not.

OK, I looked at a video from today. I wanted to see how he’s doing because he looked a little different. Just by the images from Wednesday, and he practically sat in 1/10 of the tank the whole day.

That may stress it. A divider can be as simple as egg crate for fluorescent lighting as pictured. Rather than convict, if you must temporarily remove a fish, remove the bristletooth

Why do you think he stayed in one spot all day?
He’s frightened by somebody.
In one pic, there looks like attack marks on him.

New additions can have this, if it’s constant and direct, he’s gotta come out for now.

That egg crate suggestion is good one IMM. Let’s them “see” but protects from harm. This buys a lot of time, and time, sometimes resolves this.

Should I put the two spot bristle tooth tank in a little acclamation box for a few days?

When I've had aggressive interactions with new fish I tape a mirror to the side of the tank. You can get a 12"x12" or so mirror panel on Amazon and just use painters\masking tape. The aggressive fish usually tries to fight its reflection.

For the convict tang I'd recommend soaking the food in Selcon to get more fat into its system and make sure you have algae it can eat on a clip or something. A fish eating can be saved but that guy looks dangerously thin.

My convict tang I just got was getting thin and seemed stressed. I had him in an acclimation box for about a week before I released him. He wasn't eating and finally figured out he'll only eat mysis\brine shrimp. He just started eating the algae off the clip today and is putting on weight.

I would definitely separate him first, an acclimization box, sure, let’s make him safe first.
