Copepods help!

Looking for copepods for my 32 gal biocube. Where is the best place to order online and get them shipped to me? Is there a certain kind I need? How many do I need for my size tank? I'm battling the ugly stage and it seems that copepods could help. I have 2 clownfish, firefish, neon dottyback, and 6 line wrasse plus 6 snails and 15 hermit crabs. I'm mainly wanting to clear up the ugly browns in the sand. Thanks!!

You can find hundreds of people selling pods on eBay. They are not hard to culture yourself. Best brand would probably be algae barn.

Sorry as for your other questions, there are millions of Copepods out there. Eventually only one will be present in your tank due to competition for food.

I just get a bag of pods from Reef cleaners every time I start a new tank. Then once every 6 months I add a mixture of pods to keep up the biodiversity.

The simple solution is to just add some live ocean rock...wild or maricultured. The entire market for copepods exists because of 2 reasons:
1... so many people use dry rock and dry sand to start a tank and even though copepods would eventually find their way in, they get impatient
2...people saw that series and think copepods are going to solve their "ugly stage" issues like magic

I use dry rock, and normally dry sand. Also you do know they compete for food. I find it best to add some every 6 months to keep the biodiversity up. If I didn't eventually only one type of Copepods will be left in the tank.
